Dell XPS 16 9640
The screen look crack and broken. I wonder if you can help fix it by replacing the screen or fix?

If there's a crack in the screen, it cannot be repaired, the screen will have to be replaced.
Check that there's no other problems with the laptop that may also be causing the screen to malfunction by connecting an external monitor to the Thunderbolt port and check if it is working OK.
If it is, here's the owner manual for the laptop.
Go to p.59 to view the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.
Search online for xps-16-9640 display assembly to find suppliers that suit you best. (supplier examples only)
