I've replaced the logic board but this has made no difference.
I wonder if it's the panel itself? Twisting, bending display has no impact on the issue.
Otherwise I've salvaged another models parts, so can attempt to replace other parts if it may be something else.

@markturnip it sort of is the panel. What you have is a failed Gate driver. Those are responsible for the horizontal part of the images. This could be an issue with the driver boards (those are the long skinny boards that connect to the panel via plastic film ribbons) or a failed COF itself. Of course, you can always take it further apart and check those things out. Sometimes they can be repaired by applying some external pressure to close the contacts. Most of the time it's a loss for the DIYer since we do nto have the proper machinery to repair those.
Once you have it further dismantled, post some good pictures of those ribbons and let's see if we can narrow it down Adding images to an existing question

I dismantled the screen again and revealed the ribbons, unfortunately applying pressure on any part of them had no impact on the display.
Although not most sensible - I did push and pull on the Flat Cable connector attached to the logic board and obviously did impact the display. What's to note is the entire screen would flicker and display white lines. Possibly might suggest the panel itself may be okay. I'll attempt to replace this cable.
Assuming the driver board is the printed circuit which sits between the flat cable connector and the horizontal ribbon cable which feeds to the panel itself? I think if this is damaged I don't have much hope - since I can't exactly re-solder each of the ribbon points.

@markturnip yes, that is the driver board. Sometimes you have to remove the complete plastic housing to actually get to it, which is a PITA. There might be a way to disable this paticularGate driver. Let me see if I can narrow it down for your specific TV.
