3 Any way to pair or replace the LiDAR scanner successfully?
I bought this phone second hand and apparently the housing was swapped at some point, and the LiDAR scanner wasn't transferred. I've successfully paired my battery, display, but the back camera still says non genuine. The pairing for the back camera can't be done, as it uses the LiDAR and it immediately fails, and boots you back out. I've been unable to find any way to replace it, and even iFixit has a guide, but doesn't address said parts pairing.
Is there any way to replace the LiDAR without the original part? It's a bit confusing how you can replace the back camera with a genuine part and still be unable to pair it because of the scanner, which I can't find on the selfservice website Apple put up.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
