Fan Replacement on a MSI Raider GE66 12UGS

The fan on the GPU side (Right side with Screen Up) makes a bit of grinding sound on start up but does dissapear within a minute. I'm looking to prep myself for when it needs replacement.

Are there any guides available for what is required to change it out with a replacement part? Is it something one who is mildly competent in repairs (such as taking apart and repairing a switch joystick and replacing the ram in this laptop) can do or do I need to take it into a shop?

Decided to make this a comment instead of an answer, but from what it looks like the fan connector for the GE66 is just a standard JST XH 2.5mm connector (the same ones used on GPUs.)

Appreciate it, I know I can purchase them on Amazon but I am not confident on the replacement if I need to remove the motherboard and multiple ribbon cables to get to it

Here's a video that may help.

At 2:46 minutes in to the video it starts the removal of the heatsink assembly, which includes the fans.

At 4:16 minutes the assembly is turned over which allows you to see part information stickers on the bottom of the fans which is useful when ordering parts.

When searching online for MSI Raider GE66 12UGS heat sink assembly (examples only), there are lots of suppliers, but knowing the part number information from your heatsink assembly will ensure that you get the correct ones, just in case some are different.
