When replaced, you need to install the software again!

Make sure you download the "PS4 Console Reinstallation file".

Prepare a new USB stick formatted in FAT32 and create the following folder structure:

PS4/UPDATE/ < Place update file in this folder. (you also can find the instruction in the link I've sent).
