Why does the phone stay on the background?

Turn off the phone and then restart the phone to get into the Recovery menu.

To do this, press and hold the Volume Down and Power button (both together), until the Ifinix logo appears on the screen.

When the Ifinix logo appears on the screen release the Power button only.

Keep holding the Volume Down button operated until the Recovery menu appears on the screen.

When it does release the Volume Down button.

The Reboot system now menu option should be highlighted.

If it isn't, use the Volume Up/Down buttons to step to the menu item.

Press the Power button to select and hopefully it will turn on OK.
