There is an ifixit store in Canada but it doesn't have the battery that you need.
The ifixit store in the USA does have the battery in stock and it does ship to Canada but there are some restrictions relating to shipping of batteries.

Search online for M1030908-004 to find suppliers that may suit you better. (examples)
