Botched Pro Controller Joystick Replacement - Is it salveable?

Hi everyone, I tried to replace the left joystick on my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. Unfortunately, as the title says, I botched it. I managed to desolder most of the solder points for the joystick, but I still couldn't detach it.

In the process of trying to get any residual solder off the mounting pads, I partially ripped one of them. I think I need to get solder flux to try to get the remaining solder to flow to detach the joystick. However, I want to get the opinion of those more experienced to find out if I passed the point of no return before proceeding. Pictures are below.

Yes it is. You can see the torn pad on the right side of the mounting points in the bottom left of the picture.

@smoothbrain looks similar to the pins above so i would say its a ground pin and fine to connect both together, so the bottom pin to the 1 just above with either a jumper wire or solder blob which ever is easier for you to do
