Removing digitizer, adhesive and brackets

What's the best way to remove the digitizer / screen assembly and brackets?

I've read online that hair dryers, heat guns or heat pads can work well. Any recommendations or ones to avoid? The only heat pads I can see are for phones or tablets.

It doesn't really matter which one you use, as long as you use it correctly. A hair dryer is a good option as it is a readily available at most households so you don't need to purchase extra equipment for your repair.

I usually use a hot air station and then I use some isopropyl alcohol to in the crevices, between the digitiser and the bezel if the glue is stubborn.

I would avoid the heat gun as the heat output could be too high and you will end up melting the plastic.
