Flash/Torch only works in camera app when taking pictures/videos.
Flash/Torch only works in camera app when taking pictures/videos, but not when you want to turn it on as a Torch manually, for example through Quick Settings. What could that be ? Is that a software or hardware issue ? Mind you the phone is stable, didn't restart even once.

Updated a phone to 18.1.1 and torch started working, but only in "wide" mode, if I want a concentrated beam, it will not work no matter the brightness setting.
