Suddenly the right side has stopped working.

I always take good care of them and until today they’ve been working fantastic. Today, when I turned them on i noticed that the right side felt a little strange, that the sound was playing lower than usual, so I decided to turn them off and to let them. After some hours, I decided to turn on them again and now the right side didn’t reproduce any sound, and only produces little bits of the sound when I move them. Please help, I don’t know what to do and I have had them since October this year (2024)
