Heat escaping from build oven - HBG43S450A BOSCH

Hello, recently I've been feeling heat escaping from the top slot of the oven door (which I don't remember usually happening - except after I turned off the oven) and in the meantime - the temperature sensor turns on and off very often. I don't know exactly what the problem is because everything seems normal.. I would appreciate your help!
