Jura F9 - Grinder motor burnt up

Mach started smoking - unplugged it and took apart (I have repaired a few other parts on this machine over the years) - motor attached to Grinder assembly, is definitely burned up, as I can smell it. Have not seen anyway to replace the motor only. I am open to replacing the complete grinder assembly as it is well used.

Also noticed one of the wires that is attached to the motor looks like it has some type of plastic housing in line with the wires. It is cracked with the wires exposed.

Have not been able to find a replacement wire for this.
