One day out of the blue I go to unfold my phone to use it (as I normally do) and it won't unfold all the way. It has about a 10 degree fold to it and won't lay flat. I've put a little bit of pressure on it but I'm afraid to do more for fear that it will break.

clean the hinge, use a post-it and slide the sticky side inside the hinge and get all the dirt, hair and dust out of it
go slow, do it until you get it all out
