@diogogil looks like it is caused by failed COF (Chip on Film) that has the Source drivers (vertical lines) for the LCD display. The COF is connected to the source driver board (long, skinny circuit board) and the LCD. If a single point on this COF loses contact, you get those lines. Sometimes a bit of pressure on the COF right on the area where the line appears, may re-established contact. Sometimes it is enough to just wedge a piece of thermal pad between the COF and the display case to (temporarily) "fix" this. We'd have to see the location of that specific COF and what it looks like in relation to the TV case.
Here is what I am talking about. The Red arrows show the driver boards and the Blue arrow the COF. Each COF has multiple contact lines to the LCD. If those come loose, you get a loss of signal, which could be the issue with your TV.
You will have to take a look at the condition of those COF on your display. With the TV on and partially disassembled, push the COF against the connection and see if the lines change. If in doubt, post some good images of what this all looks like on your display, with your Question. That way we can see what you see.
