This 5G-capable Moto G has a 6.5 inch 720 x 1200 pixel 90 Hz LCD display, MediaTek MT6833 Chipset, and wide 50 MP, macro, and depth cameras.

How to clean proximity sensor?

The display on the top side got unglued a few weeks back and I didn't bother to fix it. Now after ending phone call the proximity sensor turn off my display until I lock and unlock using buttons.

I believe it is due to some dirt accumulated on the sensor. What is the best way to clean it?

I would run a hardware test on your phone to confirm this. There's a convenient iFixit guide for this. Secondly, you'll need to tear down the device a bit to clean it. I'm unsure if you'll need to remove the LCD panel, but there's a repair guide. You can clean it with some Q-tips and some isopropyl alcohol, but I can't give too much guidance on that.

If cleaning doesn't work, I can only recommend replacing the device's LCD frame or mid-frame housing. The mid-frame housing does contain some small components, potentially the proximity sensor. Also, it's essential to ensure you place proper adhesive post-repair.
