Hi!
It's probably for the best to open your Playstation 4 Pro and get rid of the dust inside!
While you are there, it's recommended to replace the thermal pads and thermal paste for optimal performance!
PS4 Pro 1st gen thermal paste guide: PlayStation 4 Pro CUH-7000 Thermal Paste Replacement
PS4 Pro 2nd gen thermal paste guide: PlayStation 4 Pro CUH-7200 Thermal Paste Replacement
There is even a guide for how to replace the thermal paste for Liquid Metal (advanced, other tools are required): How to Apply Liquid Metal on PlayStation 4 Pro
Good luck with the repair and please let us know how it goes!
