Kobo Aura H20 - blank page and bugged restoring

Hi! I own a Kobo aura H20 ed.1 since 2017.

2 Days ago I tried to turn it on but I received an intermittent blank page.

I tried to restore it by holding the power button for 15 seconds, and also by clicking the little hole with a pin.

This is the situation right now: it has been two days, and I see this (see the picture) and sometimes an intermittent blank page.

I need help, I don't know what to do about it :(

NOTE: roughly a week or two ago I downloaded an update
