Huawei smart watch touch screen is not illuminating

The touch screen is blank. I recently changed the battery and the watch vibrates when switched on but nothing displays on the screen

1>Open the unit and clean with corrosion cleaning fluid
2. Plug it back in and see what happens when charging 
3 If it's still the same you need to replace your screen
