My EDGE 40 is muted
When I opened my cell phone to find out if the problem with the line on the screen was a connection problem with the flex cable, the sound stopped working. I opened the cell phone and, when disassembling the components without removing the battery, the sound stopped working on both speakers and only works through a Bluetooth headset or regular headset. The cell phone is no longer under warranty and I don't have money to take to the assistant.
Note: I've already tried to reset
