Replacing body Housing with all instruments

I had already replaced my LCD screen once reading your teardown and i found it wasn't that hard to tear my red dell streak but getting it back together specially the plastic clips requires a little more skill.

Having said that while doing all that my red body has got bruised so i'm looking for a replacement. I have found some on ebay and amazon my questions are:

1. While replacing what all parts do i need to detach from original housing

2. Can it be done at home or does it require specialised tools?

Any step by step guide will be helpful
