A productivity focused laptop with a 15.6" screen from Lenovo, manufactured in 2016. The P500 model marker is located on the bottom left of the LCD bezel.

My keyboard backlight stopped working after I touched the motherboard

While putting my Lenovo p500 back together I touched two prongs and now the keyboard backlight doesn't work. How can I proceed to fix that
