There’s a problem with this website security certificate

Lenovo B305 There’s a problem with this website security certificate, also computer bought 13 years ago never used it until now and I think internet explorer 8 is discontinued and I don’t know how to update it to Microsoft edge, gives me the error security certificate every time I don’t know what to do, I have it connected to the internet.
