Can I replace a sm-911b with a sm-911u motherboard?

I want to replace the motherboard for my s23 sm-911b. To get the sm-911b (Europe) motherboard it is a lot more expensive than the sm-911u (USA) motherboard. I was wondering if it would work to use the sm-911u motherboard and if I will have any other issues with the phone with changing the motherboard in general. Are there specific phone parts that are paired to motherboard because for iPhones you have to buy a front camera that is paired with the motherboard. Thank you.
