Bootlooping after water damage.
It may be a bit late now, but i still want to see if it's possible to repair it, the inside looks and seems fine, no swollen battery ETC. The water damage indicator does show red. 1 thing is that it does enter recovery mode and i have been able to enter the phone for some seconds before it starts bootlooping again. Is it a battery issue? as it does not take charge.

Have a good look at the internals. Does it look like water actual mode contact with anything. You may want to take the board out and inspect the back side as well. Post pictures if you’re unsure.

You mention the phone comes up for a short time before it reboots. Would that time period by any chance be pretty much exactly three minutes? If so, use Alisha's Kernel Panic wiki page to retrieve the latest panic log then come on back and add the first page of it (either screenshot or cut'n'paste) to your question.
