Changing fans where to find spare parts

I have the UX582HS model and need to change the fans, the ball bearings are broken. The bottom screen does not turn on either.

It's not the best laptop, and there have been so many issues. But I do not want to throw it away just because of a fan.

Where can you buy spare parts cannot find them anywhere plz help.
