@tugiwidodo92455 could be a failed digitizer. It is sandwiched in the display assembly and thus you will need to replace the complete assembly. Of course, there is always a possibility that it is a bad connector or even a board component level failure. Try a new display assembly first. If that does not work, you have at least a known-well starting point for further troubleshooting.

Replacement assemblies are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
