HDMI output switch oled not working

Hi!

Let start with the easy things first!

1: Did you tried to connect the dock to another TV?

2: Did you tried a different HDMI cable?

3: Did you checked the HDMI port of the dock? Is still looking good?

4: Do the Switch charge just fine (as well in the dock and without the dock)?

If all the answers are yes, then let's proceed to the Switch.

Is the Switch up to date? Did it worked before? Does the Switch it's screen work fine?

if again all the answers are yes, then replace the docking station first and see if that solved the issue! If not, then return the dock and get yourself a refund. (you can buy it here: https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-Switch-D...)

Then it's for sure, that the fault is in the Switch. Could either be from the GPU to the USB-C controller or any other small electronic component near it. This repair is very difficult, so you need to either replace some components on the motherboard or measure them to see if they are still fine. Replacing the motherboard is way easier, but expensive.
