Paper jam inside laser printer Canon ImageCLASS MF654Cdw

I was trying to print business cards on my Canon imageCLASS MF654Cdw. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the seller I had bought from sent me inkjet business cards and not laser which I take full responsibility for not double checking. Anyway, the paper jammed and when I tried to pull it out, it tore along the perforations. I can grasp what is left with tweezers but it is firmly stuck and the user manual says not to pull forcefully. (Of course I have consulted the manual on how to resolve paper jams. It says I can fold up the duplex unit but there’s no paper sticking out from under it to pull out when I do fold it up.) Is there any disassembly I can do myself to clear this jam?
