You'll probably have to replace the bluetooth adapter. It's usually a little tiny card that looks like this. It's a bit difficult to explain how to replace without being able to see it, and there aren't any teardowns of the laptop that I can find, so if you'll take some pictures of your laptop, I'll give you step-by-step instructions on what to do.
