Hello, we have a pretty good page on Kernel Panics and I would highly reccomend taking a look at it to get some more information and you can access some other resources.
That being said, if you look at the bit that says panic string you have error code 0x400000 which, according to the Sensor Refrence section of the iPhone SMC Panic Assertion Failed page, indicates an issue with your phone's Wireless Charge Coil.
Is the phone new, or was it refurbished recently?
