UP3/E pump has a solid red light after blue blinking

UP3/E pump has a solid red light after blue blinking it does not work anymore. It seemed as if I could get it to work for a a few minutes at first by rebooting power but now nothing works. Any ideas how to fix this? Yes I have a full tank of water and the power source has not changed.

Could it be the sensor needs to be replaced?
