Wireless communication devices, primarily used for referees.

Loose connection inside the rectangular rubber-coated case

Where would I start if I wanted to take this apart and re-solder it? Obviously would prefer to avoid any permanent damage. I've tried sliding a knife around the edges (there's a slight ridge where what appears to be two halves were pressed together), but I'm guessing I need heat and/or some kind of solvent. Anyone have experience taking apart weatherproofed / sealed electronics?

@miketexter that looks like it's very well glued together. If this would be mine, I'd take an exacto knife (or a razor blade) and cut through the seam. After completing the repair, I'd use some silicone rubber glue to reassemble the case.
