If the screen has been replaced with a non-Apple display part, then True Tone and some other advanced display functions won't work. If you're certain that the display part you're using is an Apple display, then I'd suggest making sure your phone's software is as up to date as it possibly can be. (At the time of writing, the latest release of iOS is iOS 18.0.)
