4G/5G barely/not working (A2643)

Never had any damages/repairs. Suddenly one day, phone will only be able to send/recieve data when on wifi. Have tried turning off/on, tried resetting network, tried forcing 4g and 5g respectively, even pulled out the sim and activated esim instead - all without any difference.
Could it be the 4g/5g antenna that is damaged? If so, is it possible to replace?

EDIT: I can also add that i still get notifications when on 4g/5g, however not able to open anything. This means there is some communication going through sporadically.
