Why is my trigger rattling when I press it?

While playing Astro Bot, I've noticed a significant issue with the left trigger on my controller. When pressed, it produces a loud rattling noise, as if the feedback motor is shaking against plastic, or there may be a loose screw inside. The right trigger functions normally with vibration feedback, without any rattling sound. I own multiple controllers, and this is the only one exhibiting this issue.

Hi!

The best thing to do is to disassemble the controller first! Please check if something is loose inside. Remove broken plastic or fasten the screw (if possible, otherwise remove it).

If all looks fine, then replace the left trigger! This should solve it. Please share some photo’s with us if possible. Thanks!

If you need a guide, please let me know :)!

Mine is the exact same, left trigger motor moves around. I opened it up and as expected, the motor doesn't sit properly in the trigger assembly, it is loose and I can't tighten it. The only solution seems to be replacing that trigger - thankfully it's only $28 on eBay.
