The vacuum bounces when pulling it back on carpet.

Dyson v11 animal plus bounces when pulling the vacuum back when using it on carpet. Worked perfectly for about a year and a half but not since.

Does the brush rotate normally?

Have you made sure to clean it of any hair/dust that may be seizing it up?
