Graphics card not detected in bios or windows

I have bought a dell xps 15 9530 a couple years back which has just about left warranty and no longer detects it has an rtx 4060 installed resorting exclusively to integrated graphics. I have tried updating bios, drivers and windows updates to no avail.

It still occasionally shows up after a reboot or update but it always quite quickly causes a blue screen, and disappears upon rebooting.

The best answer I've been able to find online, is that its a pretty common problem caused by a faulty capacitor on the motherboard causing it to not get detected. I'm quite tight on money at the moment and cant really afford to send it away to a repair shop since i need it for university too. Any ideas?

Besides the missing graphics card it functions completely fine.

@eliasalstr66492 what version BIOS are you having? You have tried the reset factory default in the BIOS? YOu are talking about a capacitor, any idea which one or at least where you have read this? Do you know what exact motherboard you have.
