iPhone 13 mini not charging and turning on

So I brought a IPhone 13 mini very very cheap online in an unknown condition.

When it arrived it wouldn’t boot and didn’t look like it would charge. Ive opened it up and it looks like it’s had a dodgy screen replacement is there a way of checking if the screen is any good?
