Sunny, either you're not a native English speaker and doing much better at speaking my language than I would likely do trying to speak yours, or you didn't make it much past third grade, but either way let's see if we can try and interpret what you're asking.
If I'm reading this correctly, it seems as though you want to know if you can change the processor in your phone. Am I close?
Going on the assumption that I got the question right then I'm afraid I don't have good news for you. Virtually all phone processors are pretty much custom made for a given phone so they're built with no concern for compatibility; in fact, whenever a manufacturer upgrades the processor, they make it a new model.
So I'd have to say that no, there is almost no chance you can upgrade your processor to something faster or with more capabilities. Even if there was a CPU that would work in your phone, the specialized tools and expertise required to replace those BGA packages is generally not feasible for us home DIY-ers, and nowhere near cost effective enough to be able to pay someone to do it. That pretty much applies to just replacing a defective CPU as well; it's going to be far cheaper and easier to just buy another motherboard than it would be to try and fix something that looks like a processor issue.
