@manutdtommy Having grandchildren with iPhone X's, I can tell you screen prices have dropped dramatically for the iPhone X. You can get them as cheaply as $15 USD on AliExpress if you have time to wait for the somewhat long shipping times.

This, of course, assumes you are doing the work yourself. If you are hoping to hire someone to do the job, you'll need to contact local or mail order repair shops yourself and ask for a quote.
