Aside from the typical issue solvers:

- Check for firmware updates (and install if available)

- Restart the device

Have you tried checking to see if the driver is updated or active?

1. Open the Device Manager by typing "Device Manager" in the Windows search field

2. Expand the Human Interface Devices section

3. Click on HID-compliant touch screen

4. Click on Action in the top tool bar

5. Choose Enable device

6. Right click on HID-compliant touch screen to check that the device is working properly
