Device Froze For A Slipt Second, Then Turned Off.

Hello,

I was watching a YouTube video, the device went from landscape to portrait, and froze for a split second before turning off.

I have attempted to turn the device on again only for it to not power on.

NOTE: I have completed a successful repair once, by removing and installing a new screen on the device from ifixit.

Please advise to possible next actions.

Hi,

Apparently this issue has been around for some Pixel’s for a while and the outlook isn’t good.

Not sure what your options are but there was some mention of Google extension on warranty but you’d need to check that out for yourself.

A repair shop may assist you with identifying if it will have any repair support from Google.

Well my phone is pretty old and I installed calyxos on to it.

So I bet Google will void any claim I attempt to submit. even though they shouldn't.

where can I get a new mother in that thread it seems to be a motherboard issue where can I get a new one? ifixit doesn't list one for sale on its parts site.
