Possible B button fixing solutions for NEW NINTENDO 3DS XL

I've opened my N3DSXL before and tried to fix the B button (cleaning the rubber gasket and the conductive plate with isopropyl alcohol) but it didn't do anything and is the same as it was.

I am wondering if there's any other thing i could possibly do before thinking about buying new parts and what could be causing it? If all else fails, do I buy new conductive plate stickers and possibly a new rubber gasket? Thank you

Yes, best and easiest thing to do, is to replace the power board. Your button pads are located there.

Replacing this will solve it :). You can replace the conductive pad, but then you do need to solder.

Due the low costs regarding the power board, I recommend to replace this one.

The 3DS XL does not have the power board! The conductive pads are directly on the motherboard for that one! So you are very lucky that it’s a separate board 😃! Have a nice day and take care!
