Earpiece speaker stuck on loud speaker

Hello

I just did a replacement screen on iphone xr earpiece and other components changed out to new screen no issues that I'm aware of

Reinstalled remaining flat cables, screws ect for screen, battery last of

course ..... Upon powering on to test the ear speaker is extremely loud as if stuck in speakerphone mode? Crackles breaks up extremely loud cannot understand person on other end of call but they can here me ??

Has latest updated IOS, P perform power cycle soft reset when is the settings into sound and scroll the bar back and forth pretty much tried everything I can find on Google any suggestions please help
