Why is my fan not working?

@besufekadfenta it is imperative that we know everything you know about what your system "tells"" you. Since we can't see what you see, you will have to be our eyes and ears and tell us what you see when you say "shows me up system problem".

It is possible that this is a fan issue or a heatsink issue. Remove the bottom plate and check your fans, heatsink etc, as well as clean any dust and debris from all the air inlets and the rest of your laptop. You also want to go ahead and replace the thermal paste on your processor.
