Take it to a repair shop. You could replace the connector if your good at soldering or buy a replacement motherboard even off Ebay for about £60. It might not be the connector though it could also be something that’s blown on the board that’s stopping it working so self repair could end up being a rabbit hole.

Here's the ifixit Asus A53S Motherboard Replacement guide that will help.

You will need to remove the motherboard from the laptop so that you can unsolder the DC-In jack from the motherboard and then solder in the new one in its place.

Search online for Asus A53S DC-In jack (supplier examples only) to find suppliers that suit you best.
