Cellular Data suddenly not working, nowhere near Data limit.

Alright, my data just died on me.

This isn't the first time it's happened, the first time I stumbled across a Reddit post, and upon following the steps, my issue was solved. I can't find the post anymore, and forget what the steps were.

I'm on Public Mobile 54.0.1, iOS is currently 16.7.10. Modem Firmware is 6.01.01.

I'm not sure if this is normal, but I have noticed that despite my data not working, it's still being used. For example, I try and load Safari, it doesn't work, but when I check my data statistics, Safari has used a couple more Kilo-Megabytes of data.

I found that if I turn my Network Carrier to manual selection, and restart, my data works for like 10 seconds after restart, and then it doesn't.

I'm very good about using and monitoring my data, and always have everything turned off, turning them on only when I need them. I have barely used any data this month.

I have tried:

Turning airplane mode on for 15-30 seconds.

Restarting.

Ejecting SIM.

Restarting without SIM.

Ejecting SIM, re-inserting it and then restarting.

Shutting phone down without SIM, re-inserting it and then restarting.

Restarting while on airplane mode.

Making sure the Cellular symbol is on. (It is, it's green.)

Turning Cellular on and off.

Turning Cellular off and restarting.

Force Restart.

Setting my Network Carrier selection to Manual and restarting. (This works for like a couple seconds.)

Updating my phone. (It says I have no updates.)

Resetting Network Statistics.
