What is the model number of the TV?
Is there a pattern to the light blinking (count the number of blinks between each longer pause between the blinks) or is it continuous?

The blinks are continuous. I try to turn my TV on and the light starts blinking and the Hisense logo appears and the TV just shuts off. Tried unplugging it all night and there's no reset button either. My warranty ended too. My TV's almost 2 years old. Thanks for replying.

I can't find too much information on the TV but usually with Hisense a blinking light after the logo appears indicates that it "might" be a mainboard problem but it is no guarantee that this is in the case with your TV.
