Leaf Blower only runs on half choke

I have a 6 year old Stihl BG 86. It barely starts and will only run on half choke, when I throttle it dies. This is what I've done so far with no success, same problem with no changes:

Checked spark plug, checked the air filter, checked the spark arrestor and mufler, replaced the carburetor, fuel lines and filter. Final item, replaced the tank vent.

I'm puzzled as what to do next, any help/suggestions would be great appreciated,

Make sure the two screws that tighten the carb to the engine are tight so that no air is cucked in between the carb and the engine. Get a carb cleaner and spray the carb intake while engine is running. Change the spark plug if that doesn't work.

You can also buy a new carb off eBay for around $15

Yes, I replaced the carb, fuel lines, filter, sparky, tank vent, and checked the spark arrestor & the timing,
